Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-05
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by the website operator (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
The Service helps drivers plan a road route and estimate which motorway vignettes or similar road charges may be relevant, based on the information you enter. The Service may allow you to submit an order request so that we can review your details and contact you about next steps.
The Service is not an official government portal, toll operator website, or law enforcement channel. We are not affiliated with national road authorities unless expressly stated elsewhere. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or regulatory advice.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale without permission, submit false or fraudulent data, or use automated means in a way that harms availability or security.
3. Information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of route points, travel dates, vehicle category assumptions (where applicable), license plate, country of registration, email address, and any other fields you submit. Incorrect information may lead to wrong estimates, rejected requests, or inability to obtain a valid vignette. You confirm that you have the right to share the data you submit.
4. Estimates, tariffs, and changes
Price estimates and product labels are compiled from public operator sources and internal models. Official tariffs, exemptions, vehicle classes, and network rules change frequently. Estimates may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong for your specific situation. Always verify requirements and prices on the official issuer’s channels before you drive or pay.
5. Order requests and payments
5.1 Order request
Submitting an order request through the Service sends your details to us for review. It does not by itself guarantee that we will fulfil an order, that a third party will accept it, or that a vignette will be issued. We may refuse or cancel a request where information is incomplete, suspicious, or incompatible with our processes.
5.2 Payment
Where online card payment is offered, it may be processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). Card payments are subject to that provider’s terms and your card issuer’s rules. Any contract for the underlying vignette or toll product is between you and the relevant issuer or fulfilment channel, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
5.3 Service fee
Displayed totals may include a per-vignette service fee. Final amounts, taxes, and fees will be confirmed before you complete any charge, where applicable.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, for example:
- mapping or place search (e.g. Google Maps / Google APIs) where enabled;
- payment processing (e.g. Stripe);
- analytics and tag management (e.g. Google Tag Manager);
- email delivery (SMTP providers);
- optional geolocation hints for convenience (e.g. IP-based country lookup).
Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for their services beyond what mandatory law requires.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, logos, and software (except open-source or licensed third-party components), is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal or internal business route planning in line with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any estimate.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Service (other than liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, such as in the case of death or personal injury caused by negligence) shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us specifically for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100), if no such payment occurred.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Suspension and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires explicit consent.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read that policy.
13. Contact
For questions about these Terms or your order request, use the contact channel indicated in emails you receive from us about your request, or the contact details published on this website.
14. Consumer rights (EEA / UK)
If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules in your country may apply and cannot be waived where the law forbids it. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
These Terms are provided for general information. They do not constitute legal advice. If you operate a business, consider having them reviewed by qualified counsel for your entity, markets, and payment flows.
