Is there a Serbia vignette?
No. Serbia does not sell a motorway vignette. Serbia has no vignette. Its motorways are barrier tolls charged by distance, and the booths accept euros as well as dinars.
Serbia is outside the EU, so the crossing is a real border with passport checks and a green card for the insurance. Everything up to it — Austria, Hungary — is vignette country.
